We are Mountain Japanese Rice Balls makers. Our flavours are the fruit of years of travel and admiration for Japanese Culture. The balance between tasty and healthy, characteristic of Japanese cuisine, fascinates us even today. It is our duty to share this lifestyle with the western audience.

We live to master the art of Onigiri and nothing else. Japanese food is a whole universe full of different plates and each of them would take a lifetime to understand. We have chosen the way of the Onigiri.

Airi, our Onigiri master, belongs to the northern region of Japan, Hokkaido. The snowy Hokkaido resembles the cold and beautiful Alberta, where she finds familiarity but also the opportunity to become an ambassador of Japanese cuisine in the Rockies, where Canadians are embracing the convenience of Onigiri rice balls.
